My book is now published. You can get it in hardback at £70 or – a rather more reasonable price – it’s £17 in paperback. It’s a comprehensive survey of the history and theology of this unique and historic Christian tradition. The kingdom became Christian in 342, making it one of the oldest Christian countries. Surrounded by Islamic states it has maintained its Christian identity ever since, while staying on good terms with its Muslim neighbours. Now it has around 40 million members and is set to become the largest national Orthodox Church by 2050.
